Imperial select Pine Town

I bought my 1st car ( 2nd hand, 20 000km) last year (2017) in July at imperial Select Pine Town, when I got it they said they will deliver/ post the spare key and my new number plates since I’m working in another province and I had to go back to work, a month later I called to enquirer about the key they told me that the guy who sold me the car is no longer working there, they asked another guy to help me, he took down my postal adress and said the number plates are there but he can’t find the spare key, he’ll call me as soon as he finds it. I never heard from him, it’s been 5 months
