Imperial Select Multifranchise - Tata Dealer, Pretori - It all went downhill.

<p>I purchased a car from Imerial Select Tata Daler in Pretoria north mid April. There service was fantastic. the sales man was more than helpful and following up on any and every enqiry that I had. The car came with a few dents and scratches which I was assure would be handled and fixed in the 2 to 3 weeks after my purchase. This has not happend. I was assured that my licence disk and plates would be delivered in time (before the temp. expired.) This did not happen. It took being harrassed by the police on my expired temorary plates to get my number plates and licence disk to be delivered. This, after weeks of back and forth trying to find out when my plates will be delivered. In my third week after I purchased the car, I realised that the left break light was not working. I brought this to the attantion of the sales man and he promised he will get it fixed when delivering the licence plates. This did not happen. A week later, I also realise that the car battery is faulty as it died and i was stuvk in the ba*****t of my office building. These all faults and problems I was not made aware of before the purchase. I was assured that everything was in ordre and the car is in a good condition. It has now been over a month that I've made the salesman aware of the problems and time and time again I get the same resoponses: "I need to speak to my manager" Ï will call you first thing in the morning" "will get back to you as soon as i can." I feel that once they got the sale done, it all went down hill and my respect, appreciation and integrity were taken for granted. Nothing apart from my number plates has been resolved. Poor, poor, poor service. </p>
