Imperial select menlyn

I purchased a used vehicle with them, the car was making sounds from first day, it came with no spare wheel, broken lights, after talking with them for weeks they finally took back the car within 30 days and offered that I take another as I was advised it did. They sent me pictures of a car with the price on it, on the pictures the price was 259000 but on the contract it was 279000 which when I asked on the day of signing the contract I was told there was a mistake, saying they would sent the new contract to another imperial in Polokwane, when I asked there, the prices were still the same, when I called the manager he **** saying the car I bought was sold, the one I bought was ordered but the pictures of the disk, colour, number plates on the car he claims to be sold.

After a week, the car got stuck on the road with me and my children, I called them because the car just shutted, they sent someone to tow the car, I was just left there at night to hike, and the next day I was told that the car has battery damage, the car had only 17 days. Now the DP is refusing to explain where the 19000 comes from since I have pictures as proof. I want to just give the back their car, they are very dishonest dealership
