Imperial Select - Kia Germiston is a Business of ******, they take advantage of the Consumer

<p>I bought a Kia Picanto from Kia Germiston in February after they had initially sold me a faulty car (Hyundai i10) with a missing Radio (after it was ****** on their sales floor), to my surprise the new car I got (Kia Picanto) had 8000km's more than the one I had initially chosen, I raised this issue with them on several occasions but instead they and MFC requested that I sign an addendum contract, not being aware that they have actually made me sign that I agree and I'm satisfied with the totally different car that they sold me, why the hell are they not negotiating with me for this error they made, why must I pay the same amount of money for a car that has 8000k's more than the one I bought. Their Dealer Principal Gavin Robinson doesn’t even have the decency to reply to the several emails that I sent to him asking how can we resolve this matter, he just ignores me and doesn't bother replying, such arrogance from a company as big as Imperial, I will never stop talking about this matter until these people make immense for their actions, What annoys me the most is that MFC is actually in bed with them in this appalling action, YOU CANNOT TREAT CUSTOMERS THIS WAY AND GET AWAY WITH IT SCOT FREE, THIIS IS THE FIRST STEP, CONTINUE IGNORING ME I'M GOING TO THE MEDIA -</p> <p>TERRIBLE RAGARDS, SERA</p> <p> </p>
