Imperial Select Feedback and Liqued Finance

I bought my Hyundai in May 2017. When I tookk it for it's 45 000 km service the Hyundai Kempton Park picked up that the VIN number on the car does not correspond with the VIN number on the service plan. I had to pay for this service myself as the VIN number did not correspond. With furher investigation we found that the VIN numebr also doesn't correspond with the VIN number on the documents of liqued finance. I phoned the bank and they advised me to contact the dealer which I bough the car from. The dealer Imperial Select Nort 4x4 Pretoria has closed down.

I e-mailed the National Customer care manager from Imperial select. He rep**** with a ticket number and said he would investigate. This was on 01-12-2017. I e-mailed again on the 11-12-2017. On the 04-01-2018 I mailed again but I have had no response from Imperial Select or Liqued Finance even though I have a ticket number.

Good morning Mrs Cloete. My apologies for not following up on this matter. The problem was identified and forwarded through to the EX DP to rectify which was not done. I have forwarded all documentation to the Director who Pta North reported to to assist in rectifying this matter urgently.

Kind regards
