Imperial Select esp Roodepoort - Shocking shocking service - Don't go near them

On 7 July I paid for a brake fluid reservoir that was to be replaced. I took the car in, they worked on the car all day, got it back and they had not replaced the part. The brake fluid reservoir is still broken, lid still off and dust and dirt going in. To date I have not heard from the dealer principal, the service manager called to say he'd call me in a day or two to arrange for the car to be collected and the part replaced. Thank G I didn't hold my breath. I have complained 3 times. One would think that anything to do with a cars brakes would be critical and need to be fixed ASAP..... not at Imperial Select. DO NOT go near them. It's been 7 years of hell dealing with them. I regret the day I bought my car from them. All i want is my R196.50 refunded, but even that is too much to ask it seems
