Imperial select completely ***********

I bough a vehicle from Imperial Select in Tygerberg. It was an horrific experience:<br> <br> a. Imperial seems to me interested in selling you insurance and all sort of side shows than sticking to their core business which is selling cars.<br> b. They tried to force me to sign all sort of insurance waivers and stuff electronically without me knowing what I am signing for. <br> c. I waited weeks for the canopy - many Imperial promises broken<br> d. They give me check for R 2500 as settlement. I did not know people use checks. Goodnes, people walked and the moon and Imperial writes checks? The only reason I can think of is that they know that one would not bank it quickly and then they can get a cash flow advantage. I would expect this from Imperial Select. Must I now go stand in the line at the bank to bank a cheque of R 2 500 - it will cost me more to do that. The guy did ask me if can go an bank it for me, I said yes please and what does he do - he gives me the cheque in the hand!! That is probably why the service at Imperial is so bad - people are to busy driving around with cheques. Can I let you in on a secret - we have internet banking these days.<br> <br> Pathetic bunch.
