Imperial SElect Alberton needs to honour the contarct or atleast give me my service book

I bought a car in November last year from Imperial select in Alberton and im still waiting for my contract including the car service book.

I was told its coming out of service warranty this year but the last service would be covered under my installment - when I called GM, I was told I needed to pay R5000 for service which I don't have

The car was is in a bit of a state and strangely enough I cant find communication relating to the sale of the car between myself and the company but can find communication between myself and other people outside imperial - seems somehow the communication was recalled.

The only time I went to the branch was to collect the car - I have insurance communication from other companies but no trace of the car purchase communication.

I want them to honor the sale agreement - Ive spoke to Mfundo the manager and he has promised to come back to me and he hasn't to date.
