Imperial select

Last year (2017) I wrote a review about Imperial select Pine Town. I bought a car but did not get a spare key and my new number plates. The license disk that I had was expiring end of April so I had to renew it and get new plates, I still haven’t hot my spare key, Last year after my complaint on Hello Peter a manager called me and said I should come to Pine Town and get my plate plus the spare key, I was in KZN by that time, when I was supposed to go to Pine town I tried calling them again and they told me that the person who emailed me no longer works there, they will refer me to someone else.

Few days later I called again n they said the manager is busy I should leave my number, I did, No one called, I called again few days later, same story.

Now I’m in Kimberley Northen Cape and it’s very difficult to have a car without a spare key and I won’t be going back to KzN anytime soon, so they should make a plan for me to go to any Hyndai garage to my spare key.
