Imperial don't honour warrantee

We bought a demo model from Imperial Motors in 2013. Upon delivery we enquired about the warrantee & service plan. The documentation was not forthcoming so we did some investigative work and to our horror found that the manufacturer's warrantee & service plan were no longer in place!

AMH then issued us with documentation giving us their own service plan and warrantee through Liquid Capital and issued us with this in writing.

We had problems with the vehicle from day 1 and still cannot get them sorted out because Liquid Capital now say they no longer hold the cover. Continued attempts to sort this out have been unsuccessful and we now cannot drive our vehicle in the rain as the window does not close. Not only this but we cannot park the vehicle in a public space for fear of vandalism and theft and the alarm cannot be set because it goes off continuously.

This is just a disgrace so consumer beware of the way that Imperial Motors opperate!

Hello Lipman,

There has been a change of management at the dealership and have asked them to extract your deal file in order to confirm what policies were in place at the time of sale so that we can confirm this with Liquid Capital.

Kindly accept our apologies for the inconvenience caused.

Kind regards
