I purchased a renault kwid

I purchased a renault kwid.paid 210 .000..after only a month a noise from gear box took it back for assessment the technical team states releaser bearing faulty they noted the fault and awaiting head office technical team authorization. Been a week now and I am in Crompton hospital. Stressing about this issue with no positive feedback from head office technical team.a brand new car that have a fault .called head office renault holding on two hours eventually spoke to thobile state they call back .no response yet.very disappointed with renault
