Horrible follow-up service and most probably misdiagnosis of my car

Good day **this complaint refers to the Workshop in Stikland, Cape Town**

I took my car into the Imperial Select Workshop in Stikland, Cape Town on the 28/02/2018 as my car was exhibiting some noise from the front wheel. I also asked them to check my shock, brakes as well as the airbag light that kept coming on. I also asked them to check the aircon/ventilation dial lights that doesn't come on.

They checked everything as the invoice supposedly stated. They then switched my front wheels to the back and back wheels to the front. They stated that the front wheel was buckeld. Theresa, the lady who assisted me told me that Ebrahim will make contact with me the next day to tell me the cost involved to fix it. She also stated that she will clear the aircaon/ventilation dial light with warranty and will let me know when I can bring my car back. She stated the Airbag light was fixed. I asked if everything else was fine and she said yes. I never received a call the next day. So I waited another day. Still no call. I had to phone them myself to tell them that the noise is still coming from the front so I don't understand how it can be a buckled wheel if they moved the so-called buckled wheel to the back. Theresa was not available and I left her a message with the receptionist to get back to me. Nobody got back to me. I then phoned not long after that and I asked for the manager, Imraan. I spoke with him and told him my dilemma. He refered me to Theresa and she said she will definitely let Ebrahim get back to me. Once again, nobody got back to me. I had to phone again on the 6th April and, frustrated, I demanded to only speak to Imraan. He was unavailable but I left him a message. Finally, only he got back to me (which is shocking, because why did it take for me to go the manager to get a response after so long? Surely his staff should be doing that work). I told him I'm unhappy with the "supposed diagnostics" done on my car. You can feel the back shocks are finished. You can see a ridge on my front brake discs (but they stated the brakes are fine. The brakes comprises pads, calipers, discs, lining etc. Not just a single component). The braking performance of my car is below average.

They told me I have flat spots on my tyres because of the buckled rim. This is nonsense as one can clearly see and hear it is not because of that. I paid R700 for my car to be diagnosed, but it was misdiagnosed in my opinion. I don't know what other damage has been done to my car because of this misdiagnosis. I've only had the car for less than 3 years and it has less than 44000km on the clock. I don’t think they even bothered to properly check if all the components in question was in full working order. I also asked how do they check shocks and I was told that they take it to another place to have it checked. This is shocking and I would like a reading and invoice of the place they took it to. Do I have to take it another place for it to be diagnosed properly and then bring it back to show them what was not done properly? Imraan, who has been the shining light in this whole drama, is the only one communicating with me. He told me I can confirm a date with him and I confirmed a date with him for the 11th April as I cannot take too much time off from work. I trust that my car will be properly diagnosed and the necessary steps will be taken to sort my car out. Kind regards
