Horrible,Disgusting Service

Imperial select Roodeport is the worst dealership you can ever buy a car from . I bought a car on the 29th of April and the car upon delivery I picked up a problem with the back wiper and a rattling noise . We were told to send it back and at my expense I did. Their so called certified mechanic did a clumsy job and left cables hanging but still the vehicle was sent back to me upon complaining they said I should send it back this being the 2nd time at my expense I comp****. When it cam back the back wiper wouldnt switch off. The was taken back for the 3rd time this time and was told I will be reimbursed. The car was brought back by the salesman Dries Moolman and cables were out in the open and I asked his why that was so he says he is not a mechanic but a salesman he was rude and very arrogant. I asked that he tests the wiper and again the wiper wouldnt switch off. What was then fixed I ask?. He took the car on friday and I have never heard feom him since.. Now my conclusion is I have been ****** of my money and the car that supposedly sold to me. I have been inconvenienced and treated unfairly and with no respect. No one has feedback to give. IMPERIAL SELECT ROODPORT IS THE WORST DEALERSHIP

We refer to our e-mail correspondence where we have advised of CPA Guidelines with you wanting to return the vehicle which has not been collected yet, the salesman has been in contact with your husband, the fuse box cover is not available at Mazda which has been ordered, as soon as they have received it, they will confirm and arrange for this to be fitted
With kicking the panel when the vehicle was returned to you resulted in the windscreen wiper fuse being damaged, it was not returned to you with it on.
They dealership have obliged to make the necessary minor cosmetic repairs that does not warrant the vehicle being returned.
Kind regards,
