Great service with a smile

I was very happy with the incredibly engaging assistance from salesman Jared Simon Preenatham from Renault Fourways last week. I had planned to start looking at trade-in options for my 13-year old Sandero in September, but due to an unforeseen breakdown, I suddenly found myself without transport. Jared met me at the dealership right next to the workshop where my car was towed and immediately offered me some sound advice, together with a cappuccino and warm understanding for my situation. He was more than happy to allow me to shop around and even offered to take me to other dealerships, should I wanted to consider another manufacturer. Thanks to Renault’s fantastic offers (including a special August R 10 000 trade-in assistance over and above what they were able to pay on my old car, and a one-year insurance package included in the purchase price), I opted for the Renault Kwid Zen. Jared offered me a loan car for the time during which I was stuck, but since I live close-by and rather wanted to wait till the new car was ready, he took me home on the first day and fetched me again the next day when I wished to come in to discuss some of the paperwork. On the morning when I collected the new car (Spring Day – a promise of good things), he came to fetch me once again. My Sandero broke down late on Tuesday afternoon and 48 hours later everything was approved for the Kwid, which I collected first thing on Friday morning. Today, Tuesday morning, my number plates arrived and I now have a brand new, fully registered and roadworthy Kwid, which drives beautifully. Apart from Jared’s very professional and kind assistance, I also want to commend Thabang Kesi, the Finance and Insurance Manager, who was very patient in explaining complicated jargon with an ever-present smile. I can only recommend the great sales team at Motus Renault Fourways.
