Great Purchase, Poor After-Sales Service

I find it unfortunate that one has to resort to this platform to share issues in order to get assistance. However, I want to start by stating that I received great service throughout the entire car-purchasing transaction, and I am truly satisfied with the vehicle, having no issues with it.

That said, the unfortunate situation is that I’ve had the car for less than a month, and it is already past its service date by four months. Liquid Capital has placed the responsibility of getting the car serviced by the dealership. It has been weeks trying to resolve this, and finally, when I was given the go-ahead to get it serviced Friday, I discovered that I couldn't get my car back because no payment had been made and it will be kept till then.

I think it's very sad that once transactions are done, customer service is out the window, forgetting that reputation is everything.
