Great customer service and an excellent management

Imperial Select George - I do not normally give reviews, but I must state that the professional manner in which this dealership dealt with the purchase of our Audi A3 was exceptional. We bought the car form Cape Town and experienced a technical difficulty. The service from the sales person George, and his manager Deo, was something I have never experienced in South Africa, with a transparent diagnosis of the problem, a willingness to resolve it and and a network of resources to do so, even from a distance.
