I would like to praise Rasheed Shaik for the handling of the sell of the Tiguan 2009 at the Brackenfell Imperial Select branch. I was very impressed in how he handled himself as a sales person in selling the (Tiguan 2009) vehicle to me. Professional, relaxed, delivered in what he said he would do and followed up when need be. He communicated well and never a moment of confusion throughout the process. The dealership is professional and delivering a quality and clean vehicle on the day of the pickup. I was touched on how it had a ribbon on the bonnet at the entrance of the showroom waiting for me.
