Good - Friendly service Exists!

I have a TATA Super Ace LDV which I regularly take to this dealer (Imperial Multi franchise Boksburg) for service and warranty work. I have never had anything but good service from all the aftersales department staff. In my case all the promises made were kept and excellent communication between the dealer and me when ever there was additional work or a hold-up. Once when it was exceptionally busy the DP (Johan Lubbe) even came to assist at the service reception. Whilst many people are involved I would like to name specifically the technician who worked on my bakkie (Johan) - his professionalism and customer support is exceptional, Rencia was always friendly and assisted in getting warranty work authorised and completed!<br> I spent 30+ years in the automotive industry and am quite aware of the difficulties people face on a daily basis, whilst they represent a brand we the customers should always remember that the dealer leans heavily on the manufacturer and cannot always perform miracles. <br> May this dedication prevail - Many thanks for looking after me the customer!
