From Complain to Compliment

I bought a car at the Imperial Select at The Glen on the 3rd of Janaury . The back wiper was not there and the front wipers where also not wiping properly . I called the sales ladies Cecilia Gibson . She promise to order new ones . I waited the whole January .

Till i diceded to call the Manager by the name of Shaun , he also promise to help . He was the worse that Cecilia . He didnt show any interest in my problem . when living the message he will never return my calls and if i called at speak to him , him will promised to call me back . and he never did .

Lastly i called Mr Mike Salt and he didnt even take him 4 working days to assist me . He was even taking his time to call me , irrespective of his position. He handle my problem as if he was helping a President of the country . Even if i called him , he will recognize me and call me by my name . and he will ask me to drop my celphone to save my airtime and call me with his cel phone . He send the driver to come and fit the wipers for me at home. He was the best of the best . We need people like him in this industry . I m very very much glad i called him . Mr Salt i salute u . U deserve a big Award the way u interact with your customers . Mr Salt boss please Award him for us please .
