***** Imperial Select East Rand

On the 25th of January 2017 I purchased a brand new Cheryl J3 2017 model by Imperial Select East Rand. I drove this car for About one month when the salesman called and told me that he delivered the wrong car. that in fact I'm driving someone else's car. he explained I must come to collect the car that was indeed registered under my name.

I proceeded to the dealership where my car was waiting for me. I dropped off the car and collected mine. No delivery inspection was done on the car and I did not sign of on any paperwork for this "new" Car.

2 Months into driving this new car I started noticing odd things about this 2de car they gave me. things like the beading that's fading.
clips that's broken. The Driver door window not functioning properly and the battery giving me problems.

I went to the dealership and they said they will fix everything. My car stood there for two days and they onley managed to replace the Battery.

Somewhere in the end of March I noticed the paint on my mags was chipping of and found out that the mags was previously painted orange

Feeling suspicious I brought in an Inspector from my Insurance company

In his report we learned that the car was re-sprayed at the front and the panels was replaced indicating (this is what we think might have happened but can't prove it without further investigation) that the car might have been in a accident, that's why the window doesn't want to work properly.

I have been trying to Cancel the deal with imperial select east rand with no success so far.

buying a brand new car with beads fading, panels replaced, Window that's not working.
paint run on the body and flaking mags showing that the car was previously owned

Was not my idea.

I'm a victim of ***** and this whole thing is stressing me out. I'm trying to sort this out but nothing is happening.
