Financial Loss Due To Manufacturer's Fault

My complaint is against Renault Imperial Select Multifranchise Durban. It’s about a sub standard service that had lead to a financial loss when trading in my then Renault Captur 1.5 Dci 2017. I sent 2 complaint emails to the dealer principal Ms Tammy Van Rensburg requesting for her intervention which she did not respond to. The first complaint, sent on 3 August 2018 @ 15:55 was against the service manager Mr Jason Quaroni. I was complaining that my car, which was bought brand new, had done just under 40 000km but it had the fan belt, tensioner & timing belt replaced in 3 separate instances and there was powerless that could not be fixed. I had hoped for a drastic investigation & courtesy to take away the strain from me as the car was still under warranty. My second complaint, sent on 29 October 2018 @ 11:04 asking for intervention as I had recieved an unfavourable trade in value from Mr Gavin Mitchley the evaluator from the same dealership. I decided to trade it in because I was no longer comfortable driving it as I was not sure when it will break down since they weren’t taking responsibility. I lost at least R 40 000.00 due to an incorrect evaluation that was then entered onto the Renault evaluation system which made other Renault dealers stick around the same value that was in the system. I would like to be compensated for my loss at the very least. I have the trailing emails as evidence of my complaint. I will appreciate your assistance.
