FAW V Factory Defaulted Vehicles sold to Clients

So I purchased my first Brand New Vehicle in 2016 from Multi Franchise Roodepoort. The sale went very quickly and smoothly, however, 60km on the clocks, and the Gearbox gives issues, then the brakes fail, then the electric window stops working, the vehicle is not alligned etc etc... I take this vehicle back to Multi Franchise, and my car is kept for longer than a week... cars chasiss was pulled to allign - and surprise, the car is now rusting at the top by my boot spoiler. Long story short, my car has been back 4 times for "problems" and defaults to be fixed. I get a call from the Services department yesterday 06-09 - Ma'am your vehicle is ready, but there is a problem with the steel used for the brakes, its a factory defect... After that call, i Phone FAW SA, I speak to Refilwe, apparently she is the customer care person assigned to clients. I get told that she understands my situation, and she will contact me back (06/09). So today, I phone her after not receiving any feedback FROM ANYONE. and she says this is a common problem. WIth ALL V2's. My life is in danger, because my brakes could fail at any time... When I asked Refiloe if I then needed to replace the brakes every 2 months, her short reply was simply: YES. I now am going legal with this. I have had endless issues with this little ( very defected ) vehicle. Omdutsman, Consumer Protection and my Lawyer. They obviously are more keen on a sale that customer service. I must add, I have gone through this process before... Reinette Crock from Multi Franchise knows all about these issues, Getruida Snyman from Multi Frnachise also knows about this.

I opted to sell the vehicle or Trade it in at Multi Franchise, and was told that my cars value has dropped emensly, and that they do not want the car back, and that their offer is R50k. I bought this car for R118 000. So, to the dealership this vehicles is worthless.

I am now going to have to get results elsewhere.

Thank you FAW SA - Refiloe / Reinette Crock / and your special teams for making my first vehicle purchase a nightmare.

Thanks for the reply. However, my car is still at the dealership - Multi Franchise Roodepoort, as per Refiloe yesterday, I was advised not to fetch the car. Now, it is day 3, and I do not have a vehicle. So could you maybe advise what I need to do? Thanks Mike.
