Faulty Second Hand Car

I bought a second hand BMW 2013 116i model from Imperial select Boksburg Of which i was assisted by Christo Oliver on April 2016. Firstly their did not provide me with spare keys for my car which i later complained and some lady called me and told me that a BMW does not come with a spare key which is not true. I then later found out that their didn't disclose to me that the boot door has a problem and also when it rains water comes in my car through the left door of the passage side which i also complained about and no one said a thing even Christo he said he didnt know about and their didnt even do anything about it.

I feel disappointed with such a big franchise that does not take care of its consumer.
