False promises

We bought a vehicle from chery boksburg. We made arrangements to collect the car on saterday @11h00. We were informed the dent on the car and all sciratches would be fixed, 4 new tires, and the broken tale light fixed and the car would go for a roadworrthy test and registered. On the collection the dents and scratches was not fixed, the tale light was not fixed, the tires not replaced, the roadworrthy test and registration not done the vehicle was very dirty and filthy outside. The person doing the handover could not answer any of our questions and did even know how to tell us to open the sunroof possible because the salesperson that did the sale was not even present as he promised on the friday.we now have to take the vehicle back on Monday And not even once was it mention that insurance was required before we could get the vehicle. I had to spend another half our on the phone with my insurance something i could have done the previous day if i was informed.
