FALSE ADVERTI*****T

I bought a car from Imperial Select Somerset West on the 24th November 2015. A week into having the car it had to go away for repairs. The breaks and clutch were far from 100%. it was advertised as fully serviced and 100% funtional and that it was checked by a RMI approved service centre. The car is basically losing power as we are speaking. the bonnet leaver was loose as well. Since the car as come back I am still waiting for a diagnostic report, 3 weeks later. <br> Aside from that, their advert on gumtree was false and full of lies. I bought the car thinking there would be bluetooth and that there was a panoramic sunroof attached. This was not the case. instead the staff at Imeprial Select have avoided my calls to have my bluetooth installed and the manager refuses to return my calls as well. I After speaking to a consultant as VW in N1 City, i was quoted over R5000 for a bluetooth AFTERMARKET device. something that was advertised and should have been there the moment i drove my car out of the showroom. Imperial Select really needs to train their staff better with customer care and service. and Should avoid false advertising- highly disappointed customer.
