Extremely bad service

Booked car in for a service and they said they cannot give me a pric on what my service will cost. After the whole thing they said my car will be done and washed by 15h00 to pick up. When i get there to pick up my car they say the guy washing cars is going on lunch now i have to wait untill ge is finnished before he washes my car. It is pathetic and a waste of time. I just really hope they serviced my car with care and did a good job.
