Expired licence disc on loan vehicle
<p>After 15 weeks of 'fixing' my car, the 3rd loan vehicle i get to use is delvered to me on Monday with a lisence disc that have been expried since November last year.</p> <p>Terrible is an understatement - DISGUSTED explains more how i feel about your service Imperial Select! Right now i feel like i make the mistake of my life buying a vehicle from you! </p>
We have been involved with your complaint from inception.
We apologise that neither you nor the dealership noted that the license disc on the loan vehicle had expired in the time that you have had use of the vehicle, they should have checked this prior to handing over the vehicle and supp**** a permit.
Your vehicle is going through the final AA check and additional item that you have asked Richard to look at.
