My daughter encountered an starting issue with my 2008 Hyundai Getz 1.5 CRDI while away from home and in the Stellenbosch area.

From the onset I was supported by the Hyundai Stellenbosch team, in particular by Gershwin Simons, who kept me updated by means of phone calls, whatsapp messages and videos. They spent a lot of time on finding and rectifying the issues, partly because of a degraded battery. All other issues were attended to and the car was also washed before being handed back. For all the effort I was only charged for the battery.
