Excellent Service

<p>I would like to commend Danie at Imperial Multi Franchise in Polokwane for outstanding service! </p> <p>After my car's gear-lever started wobbling around on my way to Tzaneen, I waited over an hour with no service before was told by a mechanic in Tzaneen that it will be R2500 to take out my gearbox so that they can find the fault... and then quote me to fix it!!!! He assured me that it is something very serious and that it will be extremely expensive. (I bet they thought that they will get away with it)</p> <p>I contacted Polokwane Multi Franchise whom was professional and knowledgeable. They stated that they are not open on a Sa****ay but I am welcome to come through and dial the emergence number on the door and they will come to the office to assist me. I arrived in Polokwane Sa****ay morning and was promptly and professionally greeted by the receptionist who was sitting at her post. Even though Danie was busy he was summoned and assisted me immediately with enthusiasm and put me at ease immediately.</p> <p>Within seconds of hoisting my car up he spotted the problem and was able to fix it in less than 15minutes. I am eternally grateful for his assistance and exceptional service. I travel extensively as a I am a training facilitator and I have added this story of exceptional service to my presentations. I encourage everyone I come across to go to Imperial Multi Franchise Polokwane should they ever experience any car trouble or should their car need a service or maintenance work.</p> <p>Thank you so much for all your help, professionalism and exceptional service!!!</p>
