I'm utterly dismayed by the shockingly poor service I received at Motus Select Menlyn, and I feel compelled to share my harrowing experience.

To put it bluntly, the service I encountered was a disgrace. The lack of competence, coupled with a disregard for basic customer care, was beyond disappointing. My expectations were not only unmet but blatantly disregarded.

It's disheartening to witness such a blatant disregard for customer satisfaction at a place I once trusted. Motus Select Menlyn's apparent negligence towards its patrons' concerns is utterly unacceptable.

I implore the management to take immediate and serious action to rectify these rampant issues. Otherwise, it's apparent that customer satisfaction is not a priority here.

This experience has left me deeply dissatisfied and reconsidering my association with this establishment. I will not hesitate to share my dismal encounter with others unless significant improvements are swiftly implemented.

A once-loyal customer now left disillusioned.
