Either the Imperial Select car dealership blatantly **** to make a sale, or is incompetant

Bought an audi q5 on the 13th of February. Was assured all the paperwork for the car was in order by Godfrey Mbangeni, before doing the payment. Was told that they would send all the necessary documentation later on that same day to be regisated into my name. Found out a week later that the cars NATIS document was still sitting at the bank where the previous owner financed the vehical and that there was still money owing on the vehical. Still have not recieved registration documents as promissed.
