Door lock

I bought a car from Motus Select last year December, when I come to take my the guy called Siya told me that the locker for behind door is not working proper but they have ordered a new door machine it will arrive soon, in April this year I contacted them to check if the locker has arrive, they said I must wait for two week the machine will arrive in two weeks, after waiting 4 weeks i contacted the guy called Siya who was assisting me with purchase of the car he said we ordered wrong machine please wait, I phoned the manager explaining about this issue he said he will come back to me but he dido not come back to me until now. Assist me pleade
