On the 28th of March 2019 I traded in my vehicle and wanted to buy another, the dealer assisted me in the application process.

I went in on the 13th April to collect the vehicle for the very first time, I then left the dealer but on my way home I noticed something wrong with the vehicle.

The 15th April I contacted the dealer and was told to make a turn, I then got to the dealer but the manager was not in, I decided to leave vehicle there as I was not happy and asked them to look into it, they insisted there's nothing wrong but I did not believe them. They have not even offered me a courtesy vehicle up until I went there today.

I had instructed the bank to withhold payment until this has been resolved but now the dealer is looking to go behind my back and persuade the bank to pay them so that I will sit with a dud.
