dont ever deal with them. you will be sorry.

I bought a NEW foton Thunda from Imperial select in Gezina.
I asked the dealer if the car is reliable and is there parts available. The dealer promise.
After I receive the vehicle I discover the following problems:
If I start the vehicle it smoke a lot
The vehicle got no power, cant pull away at a uphill.
The back light is broken and glued together, one piece missing.
The gear knob is replaced with a new very old one.
I took it in and they told me there is nothing wrong. They must order the light and knob. after a week when I phoned they said they must import the light ( no parts available)
Other problems on this brand new vehicle is:
The seats is so burned and damaged in the sun that the sail come out.
The right side the body is bend, look if the car was jacked to work under the car.
in front of the engine you can see they worked on the engine, the paint was touched up with hands.
*****s is missing
The radiator shows corrotion
left rear fender liner *****s missing
The original remote is replaced with a cheep one that didn't work.
about 2 weeks later after I got the vehicle back and told that there is nothing wrong with it, it just stop and refuse to start.
The car was towed in. I was informed that the diesel pump and no 1 injector was faulty. It is now 4 weeks later, the vehicle is still in the workshop. (no parts available) I got only 1 call to say what is wrong. No following up calls.
I asked my money back and The branch in Menlyn refuse. Got the news via other institutions. the mail said the following.
"The vehicle was taken into the workshop and we are looking into the complaint ,we need to get the opportunity to resolve the issues on this vehicle"
I just want a service plan because the vehicle got a 3 year warranty. The dealer insist on a maintananceplan that fix everything. WONDER WHY.
They LIE to me and sell the vehicle to me with false information
I got the idea this vehicle was used for spares and now maintanace plan must pay for it
MY UPDATE
It stand at the workshop for 4 and a half month and send me emails that the bakkie is in for upholstery. About 2 weeks I spoke to the dealer and said that after 3 months and a second time I take it back they must refund me. He said I know that law and not reverse your contract.
Today they bring it back and said it is fixed. after a quick look I realize there was no upholstery fixed. it smoke more than before. I phone the dealer and he said that they test it and it is normal. if a diesel smoke it is the diesel pump and or the injectors. The bakkie broke down in the first place because it smoke.
They want now to take back the loan car also. The regestration expire today.
