dont care about customers after car is sold

i bought my car from imperial in boksburg in march,2 weeks after having the car the problems with the clutch started and i went straight back to them, the clutch would stick and i had to lift the clutch up with my foot in order to be able to use it. they told me to bring the car in and take it to renault to check, renault checked the car and told them that it needs a new clutch, johan from imperial who is supposedly the dealer principal couldnt be bother as to what renault told them, and on top of it i was the middle man between renault and johan coz the johan didn't want to do his job. johan then took the car to some back yard mechanic and when i spoke to the mechanic myself they said they are bleeding the clutch but it needs to be replaced and i told him to tell johan and graham this which he did and graham called me stating they bleeding the clutch and it it sticks again they will replace it, who not just replace it in the first place so that it doesnt happen again, it did stick and they didnt replace it told me it was my problem to sort out now my clutch has actually gone completely, and imperial got their money so they dont care what happens to the car after that or the client
