Don't buy a Kia EVER!!!!

I am extremely upset and angered today thanks to Kia Alberton i went to trade in my vehicle and ask for a price as i am emigrating i took my 2012 Kia Optima and offered to pay the balance into the bank if they would give me a good offer, my vehicle is in immaculate condition and has a whole 27000KM on the clock. I was offered R190000.00 for the trade in which i was not happy with initially and tried to get hold of the DP (which i believe his wife is quite ill and my sympathy's go to him and the family) and eventually got hold of the manager of the branch which offered to assist me and get back to me with an answer. He called me back only to inform me that he would offer me R170000.00 which i feel is quite low and what kind of move are these dealers trying to prove it is disgusting that he would even call me back to give me R20000.00 below what i was initially offered, Imperial should investigate this as i see it you guys are trying to ****** me!!! I am also in the motor industry and they still try to make me a fool.
