DO NOT USE THEM! EVER!

In December I bought a vw polo 1.4tdi through Imperial select Polokwane . Before giving the car 0 checks were done and the car ended up having numerous faults which I had to pay for and could’ve endangered my life . I gave the car back and took a new car with them but they added shortfall from the the previous car . It is a golf 7 tsi trendline 2018. Yesterday the roof of the car started leaking due to rain and it is about to cave in . I took the car to vw this morning and they told me the car might’ve been in an accident as there are many bolts missing and the boot was previously removed and the warranty does not cover the damage on the car I need to repair it myself . Mind you, when I bought the car there was a scratch on it and this wasn’t disclosed. I now have to take this car to a panelbeater to be checked out to see if the car was previously in an accident and repaired through a non vw approved panelbeater. Then I get a rude arrogant manager from their franchise that tells me I can go to the ombudsman and the bank to sort this out . I have had the worst experience with them please don’t ever use them as both cars I got were duds and the service is pathetic ! Instead of being helped you will get treated like utter ****.
