DO NOT buy from Imperial Select Multifranchise Kia East Rand

I regret the day i set foot on that Impreial SelectMultifranchise Kia Eastrand dealership. Please be extremely careful with them. The service is shocking.

I bought a Kia Picanto from Kia Eastrand around 28 December 2018 and when I picked up my car, I found it had a big scratch on the bumper. I alerted the salesman Zulu who told me to bring it back in January 2019 when businesses open for fixing. When i tried to contact Zulu in January 2019, he did not respond to any of my calls. All the while, i was still driving the car with a temporary permit while waiting for my number plates. It took me 3 visits to Kia Eastrand and two (2) expired permits for me to finally get number plates fitted. The 4th visit was to drop off the car for them to fix the scratch. It took them two (2) good weeks to fix it and yesterday I went for the 5th time to fetch the car, drove home only to find that the front mudguard was missing. Now i have to drive back there again to find out where my mudguard is. I try calling and no one responds.

Not to even mention the my insurance went up because they did not even bother installing the tracker i had paid for and that took me another visit to get that sorted.
