Disgusting Attitude and Service

Purchased an Audi Q3 from Imperial Select Somerset West. Had the car delivered to me in Jhb via car carrier. Prior to purchase I questioned and specifically asked the Sales Person if the car was in an accident or had any paintwork done. Via email it was confirmed that there was no accident damage and there was no paintwork or repair done at all after inspection. I have this in writing. I was also asked to do the Valet, Licence and Registration & transfer of ownership, Wheel alignment and balancing and they will re-imburse me. The 'On the road' costs covering this was already paid to them upfront. Received the car, Found that although there was no accident damage there was repair and Spray work on the rear bumper that is glaringly obvious and looks very bad. Furthermore, the rear right reverse light is cracked and is water damaged and is now a different colour to the other side. It also keeps blowing bulbs because of water getting in there. I contacted Sales person and he assured meal will be resolved and asked for Quote and Proof of payment for all that I spent so his finance dept can re-imburse me. He didn't get that right and pushed me over to his Sales Manager who promised the same after I re-submitted everything. He was initially helpful and seemed genuinely interested in helping, but that was short lived as now my messages are being ignored and I am still out of pocket. Please can Imperial Select now have that bumper re-sprayed professionally, the reverse light replaced, and I be paid back for the licence & Reg costs, Valet and Alignment fees ? Failing in which I will be approaching CPA & Motor Ombudsman, and they can have their car back. this is going on for 3 - 4 months, i have been patient and understanding for the most part but that has been taken advantage of with only empty promises...no more, Typical pathetic 'after the sale service'. I've had enough of this pathetic attitude and will take this as far as i possibly can. i don't care how busy you are, i am busy too.
