Didnt Settle my trade in
I traded in my Car on the 26th of March 2015 (Opel Corsa) to buy a new Renault Clio. They assured me that even though it was so close to my debit order date for the trade in that it would be settled. On the 2nd of the month i was charged the financed amount (+-R1800) for the trade in. When i phoned the dealership, the sales person told me that they hadnt settled the car and that they would refund me the money immediately. After a few days of still no receiving payment i phoned again and was told that now they needed a clear copy of my ID (Something they couldve asked me for days prior), of which they already had a copy when i picked up the new car. Their excuse was that the business manager (who was on leave) had the copy of my ID. After sending then my ID and bank statements on the 9th, i am still waiting for my refund. Because of this, a debit order to pay off my credit card failed and my partner got stuck at work for hours as they had deactivated my credit card and she could not make use of the Uber service as she normally does.

I've never had such terrible service from a dealership
