Delayed

I took my vehicle to imperial in stikland 26 Feb 2019. Last month they told me my car would b ready for collection 5 april 2019. I called today to collect and they told me the part needed will only arrive Monday. Why cant they just give me a curtousy car. How long must I still wait. Don't ever co sider buying a Tata vehicle.
