Deceptive advertising

Kia Soul was advertised on [URL Removed] for R189,911. The dealership sent me an offer to purchase for this same amount. Almost a week later, after I have asked the general manager for an invoice three times and I had already arranged vehicle finance, the general manager tells me I now have to pay R215,130.
