Dealership swapped/swapped headlights

Worst dealership to make business with their cars don't have spare keys like you literally have to complain until you get what's rightfully yours and come to think of it this dealership made me drive a car with an expired permit for a week their cars have defects and their not willing to even help you as their client if you complain about their cars and Worst of all the dealership doesn't even have after sales care, the dealership swapped my headlights and they said I should take it up with Vw and their ones who took my car to Vw in the first place therefore their responsible to what happens to my car .
