Dealer supplies cars without licence disc

Basics of the matter we brought a car from the Pibetown Kia Multifranchise Imperial 9 months ago tgey failed to get a licence disc for the car left us with the original plates then they sell the reg number on our car to another customer in April meaning we are driving around unlicenced with another cars plates on for 4 months the police told me if i was pulled over i would be arrested and the car would be impounded for dring with false plates. Imperial HO said its not there problem its a issue for the dealer principal! No apologies from anubody! But they send me forms to report the matter to the Ombudsman if i am unhappy? Are they serious? They would rather go the legal route than resolve the matter!

As per our numerous emails trying to explaint to you that should the dealership not be willing to replace the tyres, the only way for this to be to be resolved is by having the Motor Industry Ombudsman arbitrate your case, they act as an independant and third party who will make a ruling which is be abided by.
The issue regarding the licensing of your vehice has been resolved by me and an apology sent, the license disc on the vehicle expired on 30 June 2016 but yet we were only contacted regarding this on the 22 August and finalised on 25 August after taking the necessary action to ensure you were provided with the correct plates and not those that were inilitially issued at time of first regsitration which were still on the vehicle which matched the license disc displayed on the vehicle.
