Dealer sold vehicle with unworthy tyres!!

I purchased a vehicle at Imperial in Gezina through salesman Dawie. I bought the car so i can put it in the UBER platform. To my shock i take the car to the DEKRA station to get it tested as that is what UBER requires the partner do before boarding the vehicle on their platform but the vehicle fails the inspection due to front tyres being unroadworthy. <br> <br> I contactacted Dawie last year Nov already to tell him what happened and till today no one has taken responsibility for the above mentioned incident. He has started avoiding my calls and emails and is not prepared to give constructive feedback on how far the matter is and who is liable for what.<br> <br> I am very disappointed with the service received from him and he has cost me a lot of time and money trying to get to the bottom of this issue.<br> <br> Can somebody please tell me how this car got certified as Roadworthy then DEKRA says a different story. I need answers from body at Imperial and i need them soon..This has been dragging for far too long and i would just like to carry on with my life!!!
