Damaged New vehicles sold and bad service

On Thursday (26/11/2018) I purchased a brand new vehicle from Imperial Select in Boksburg When I drove the vehicle out of the Dealership the Speedometer and odometer was not working I drove about 20km (getting lost in the process) and came back to the dealer with the doubt that this vehicle was not a brand new vehicle which I had payed for , When I got to the dealer , The sales person was speaking to me while a man went to the passanger side of the vehicle and supposedly connected the speedometer and odometer, I also noticed that the vehicle had rust all over it, So I am not sure whether they sell used vehicles only and classify used vehicles as new or do they sell so called new vehicles that has been laying in their show room ?? is this regarded as a new vehicle??

They have not yet assisted me with this matter , and refuse to give me a new vehicle .

I will take this up with the branch concerned, but it would be a new car other wise the branch would be commiting *****, which would not happen.  Please can you let me have the name of either the person you have been dealing with, or the salesman concerned, and what vehicle it was that you purchased in order that I can take this matter up with the correct senior management

Hi I have been dealing with ZEE and FLIP, Should I send you proof of the rust, Is it normal for a vehicle to have Rust on it when one buys a new vehicle or is it normal for a vehicles speedometer and odometer not work due to the connection not being made??

They Are continually lieing to me about the next steps that need to be taken! After the complaint on Hello peter I was told they would pick the defective and rusted vehicle and give me a new one , now they say they want to rectify the vehicle , so when you buy a vehicle from them , Its new and you the First owner but they give you a rusted and defective vehicle ??? I want no cancel my purchase and that is an issue as well, has it become such a misery to purchase new vehicles? or is it because I am a Female buyer that I was treated in this way ??? and they made a quick sale that I am now suffering and at a huge loss
