Damaged Goods

I bought I new ( 2017 ) car from this dealer, and the same day of delivery the car broke down. The car was at Renault Tygerberg as they could not fix the car then sent it back to Renault Paarden Eiland.the I was given an explanation it is the battery ( if it was only the battery was the car away from me for 4 days ). I got the car back just to found markings in the car. I returned the car for them to clean up the markings. I took delivery again after the markings inside the car was cleaned up. The same day the car broke down again. I was so upset due to the fact that my kids was in the car and it was late night. The dealer is persisting on just fixing a new car and millage are just being added on to my car with me not even having the joy of driving the car. I believe it is not a new car any more due to Renault having the car since 4 November on a on and off bases. I requested reports on when the car with them the dealer and I am still awaiting. So disappointed in the Brand and the Dealer. They are putting safety of my kids in danger due to me driving the most with them in the car. I have no peace of mind that the vehicle is in a good condition after it broke down twice in a period of less than a month.
