*****ed mileage on service plan

Good morning,

I purchased a Renault Clio 2015 model last year 21st July 2017 at Imperial Select Somerset West, Cape Town. I had an extended service plan taken out. The recorded mileage however was at 37 754km as at the 19th July 2017. My car serviced on the day I got it (21st July 2017) by Imperial Select and the recorded mileage was 44 726km (recorded in my service booklet) - Almost 7000km short. I test drove the car on the 14th July 2017 in Cape Town so it didnt not travel almost a years worth of mileage within a week. I am now sitting with the problem of the extended service plan expiring at 67 754km and after 1 year/service instead of 2 years/services because of the mileage being *****ed on the documentation. I am terribly disappointed and need a resolution as I am not willing to fork out for another service plan for a misdemeanor that was not my doing. The policy number for the extended service plan is ********** 8.
