Conned

I purchased a car through Imperial Select Durban. I was conned truly, the offer to purchased included dent and scratch cover knowing the car already had scratches. I saw the scratches when I got home informed the dealership as it was driven and delivered at a mall at night. Everything was rushed as the sales man didn’t want to deliver the car in the hood for his safety. He did not do the check list just made me sign all the documents. I was taken advantage of as this was my first car so they wanted me to overlook such details. It has been 3 whole weeks going to 4. I haven’t got any word from them. I’m calling ,emailing they keep saying they are attending to it. Everything has been a hustle before and after purchasing the car.
