Complaint about poor service and failure to address client concerns over false marketing and sub-standard goods

I have been writing to Tokai Imperial Select to raise the concern over the vehicle that I purchased from them and false marketing and have not even received an acknowledgement of my email. When I posted my review i received a comment from a person informing me that they will escalate my case to the regional office and that is where it ended. It seems to me that this car dealer and renault have no sense of urgency in addressing customer concerns and needs , once they have taken your money and the sales person has cashed in their commission they dont care about you. I have had to sweat and drive long distances for 6 months now only to have my request falling on deaf ears. I also wrote to Renault SA and was told to call this number ********** 189. I have been trying to get through to this number for over 2 weeks and the phone just rings. Does Renault SA actually have a functional customer care department or it is just a big lie? I am very disappointed in the appalling services I have received from Tokai Imperial select and Renault customer care and all i want right now is to get rid of the Renault car so that I do not ever have to deal with Renault ever again

Thank you Mike. However, I remain very disgruntled with the service from Imperial select multi franchise. Last year you forwarded my complaint to Cornel andJean on the 20th of December requesting them to call me back to discuss my complaint. I was then in contact with a Rian Rensburg whom i discussed my concern with in detail telephonically. After our telephonic conversation, Rian sent me an email informing me that he was going to assist me by changing the car that I have been complaining about. We discussed various options and agreed on a Ford Kuga which he said he would pursue after the festive holidays as it was being driven by a sales person. This decision he made uncoerced by anyone. I agreed to this as I have been asking imperial select to assist me with getting a more fuel efficient car. To my disappointment, Rian did not contact me after the festive holidays and I then contacted him on the 8th of January to follow up only to be told that the Ford Kuga has been sold. My disgruntlement is that if Rian was serious about what he indicated in the email sent on 22 december 2017, why didnt he tell the dealer to put the car off the market? Why would he agree to exchanging my car for a car that he knew was still on the market? My question is was this another of imperial selects tricks to get me to keep quiet and then my complaints loses momentum? This behavior is the same as that Cornel presented in Cape Town where he verbally agreed to exchanging my car for a diesel renault duster and even made me test drive the car on the 29th of November and he indicated in front of the sales person Sonwabo that he would start the process of getting me this new car and get it delivered to JHB since I was relocating. However, when i moved to JHB noone contacted me and when I contacted them Cornel told me I had to pay R100 000 extra if I wanted the renault duster diesel. This is despite the emphasis I gave to the dealer that I was looking to get a more fuel efficient car in the same price range as my current car. Now I am stuck with a car I dont use as I am spending about a R1000 on fuel every week a concern i raised with Rian and he agreed that it was not fuel efficient and not cost effective because when I asked the dealer to find a car for me I emphasised on fuel efficiency but they went ahead and sold me a product which did not meet this criteria and for over 6 months my complaint has been falling on deaf ears. Imperial select is a huge disappointment and they make false promises to clients. I am now left with no option but to go and drop the car off at Rians office and it becomes his responsibility because I do not want anything to do with Renault products or imperial select and their empty promises. I have all the emails of communication and am prepared to publish them to show imperial selects empty promises and double standards towards clients.
